- How does it start?
- With a first conversation, in person or remotely, about the decision behind it. It is confidential and with no obligation. If it makes sense to continue, a tailored format is proposed.
- Family businesses only?
- No. Owners, Chairs and Boards of family and non-family companies, holding companies and family offices. Family business is a frequent context, not a requirement.
- What about confidentiality?
- What is shared in the conversations is confidential. If the situation calls for it, a confidentiality agreement is signed before the first meeting.
- Does it replace lawyers, auditors or consultants?
- No. The work centres on the strategic decision and its governance. Legal, tax and implementation matters stay with your specialist advisers, and the two are coordinated when needed.
- Who takes part in the first conversation?
- Usually whoever holds the decision: the Chair, the owners or the CEO. Who else should be involved is decided from there.
- How are fees set?
- According to the format and duration agreed after the first conversation. There are no fixed packages.
